Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/returns.

We try to ship every order right away.

International shipping can take up to 4 weeks.

Lashelina ships to most countries, due to reasons out of our control we are unable to ship to the following countries: Brazil, South Africa, Ukraine, Turkey, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cote D’Ivoire, Cuba, Iran, Vietnam, Guatemala, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.
